DESCRIPTION
This art exhibit will pay tribute to our local sentry, Mount Tamalpais. Works should aim to capture the mountain’s transformative, vibrant, and spiritual presence from up-close or afar…. possibly including Her flora, fauna, fog, fungi, rocks, trails and waterways.
Our mountain is a source of inspiration.  It is a keeper of local history and lore. It exudes a majestic, living force. What is your unique view of the Sleeping Maiden?

SUBMISSION APPLICATION FORM

MEDIA
– All media including photography and 3D/Sculptural works
– Open to all artists aged 16 and over.
– Submission limit: 2 works per artist.
– Works previously displayed in the O’Hanlon Gallery are not eligible.

ART PREPARATION
– All work must be ready for display. Paint, glue, etc. must be dry!
– Max size for wall pieces: 40” wide | 60” high
– Framed wall hung pieces must be securely wired
– Label all work with Artist’s name & Contact 
– Bring or attache resume and/or artist statement to the application if desired. (2 pages max.)

ENTRY PROCESS
– Please hand-deliver (no digital submissions) up to two pieces of work to:
O’Hanlon Center for the Arts • 616 Throckmorton Avenue, Mill Valley CA 94941
– NEW! We are moving from handwritten applications to a digital submission process using JotForm. Please note that all artwork must still be hand-delivered to the gallery for jurying. 
– We strongly encourage all artists to complete their submission application form online before bringing in their artwork.
– You may pay online by credit card, or indicate that you’ll pay by check, cash, or Venmo at drop-off.
– If you’re unable to complete the form in advance, we’ll be available to assist you when you arrive.
– The art tags will be printed by the office and handed to you to attach to the work when you arrive to drop off work.

ENTRY FEE
$40, or $30 for Artist level OHCA members.
If you pay by credit card a small service fee will be added.

DATES
Dates for in-person entry submission:
Friday, May 29, 11 am to 4 pm
Saturday, May 30, 10 am to 1 pm (Please note shorter hours on Saturday)

Date when artists will be notified of jury results:
By Monday, June 1 by 5 pm, results will be sent to the email provided on the submission application form.

Pick up times for non-selected work:
Tuesday, June 2 from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm or 5:30 – 7:00 pm
Thursday, June 4 from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm
Saturday, June 6 from 6:00- 6:30 pm, after Art Talk

End-of Exhibit Artwork Pick-Up:
Friday, June 26  from 11 am to 4 pm
Saturday, June 27 from 10 am to 2 pm
