PROGRAMS DIRECTOR – SENIOR MANAGER

Luna seeks to hire a Senior Manager or Programs/Program Director to assure high-quality program delivery and contractual compliance in all Luna Program Areas: Studio Lab, Professional Learning, and Community Partnerships. The Program Director directs staff to achieve Luna’s mission and meet the Theory of Change in each of these areas, as well as across areas in a holistic, integrated way. Requirements of this job are practitioner experience, growth mindset, the willingness to share
experiences/collaborate, honesty and vulnerability, and a love of children.
