VOLUNTEER WITH BLACKMARIA

BlackMaria Microcinema + Gallery is looking for volunteers who want to help us build the audience for an independent cinema and art space in San Francisco.

We’re especially looking for people interested in promotion, outreach, community engagement, and cultural organizing.

• Volunteers can help us:
• Share BlackMaria events and exhibitions with local communities
• Distribute flyers and posters
• Art Handling
• Events & Hospitality
• Ticketing & Front of House
• Outreach & Promotion
• Cinema & Documentation

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in arts marketing, community outreach, audience development, or cultural organizing while supporting an independent Black cultural space.
