P.S. ARTS is seeking an experienced and highly organized Consultant/Contractor to lead the coordination and execution of our signature fundraising event, Express Yourself. The consultant will oversee all aspects of event production, including timeline oversight, vendor coordination, logistics, and day-of execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale fundraising events.
• Experience collaborating with non-profit board members and high-level donors.
• Self-directed with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Arts and Arts Education field preferred.

Event Responsibilities & Tasks:

Working closely with internal staff and external partners, the consultant will take on the following event-related responsibilities and tasks:

• Serve as a point of contact for event vendors, sponsors, committee members, and volunteers,
  staff, and other partners.
• Organize, pick up, and drop off materials and supplies
• Attend vendor meetings and site visits as necessary
• Sponsor coordination
• Booth coordination and limited booth design
• Raffle booth prep, including packaging items and coordinating day-of logistics
• Oversee event ticketing, check-in, and ticketing platforms
• Collaborate with the Operations team for day-off tech support.
• Support recruitment and coordinate event volunteers
• Oversee day-of event execution, including load-in and out.
