Project Description
With support from the California Arts Council, High Desert Test Sites will be able to hire, and adequately compensate during their first and second year, a new Executive Director. This person will lead the organization at a momentous moment, when Founder and current Director Andrea Zittel transitions out of her role, and HDTS takes on stewardship of A-Z WEST.
Organization Summary
We engage local and visiting artists, critical thinkers, and general audiences in intimate exchanges and immersive experiences. HDTS programming includes performance, site-specific installation, workshops, screenings, publications, and residencies.
