With support from the CAC, Rotten City Cultural District agrees to reporting requirements (including Interim and Final Reports), agrees to send a representative contingent to any CAC-convenings, and will aid in feasibility analysis, identity of an operational partner/support development of an Art Center that will complement new and existing programs; complete a Marketing Strategy that advances the branding of the District, providing collaborative formats for partner events while assisting with business to business collaboration, events celebrated District-wide, creating programming to be associated with the Arts Center in advance of its development; support marketing of affordable live work units to local artists; install local artists’ work in District Gateways/along the spine potentially in the form of possibly banners/projections/murals; expanding audio tours to new partners, public art and maker tours, creation of interactive credit signage (QRcodes)/program insignia.
