Project Description
With support from the California Arts Council, the East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC), in partnership with Destiny Arts Center, will provide 75 youth from East Oakland’s Havenscourt neighborhood with culturally responsive, dance based learning experiences with a violence prevention lens through our Hip Hop Dance Residency program.
