“With support from the California Arts Council, ABBDA INC. will…”produce Dolly and Me Tea Luncheons, Doll workshops, Arts & Crafts Classes, Annual Festival of Black Doll Show and Sale, online tutorials, virtual events, Doll Symposiums with guest artists, guest speakers, summer sewing workshops, Raffles of “OOAK Dolls” made by ABBDA members.
Organization Summary
Annual Dolly and Me Tea Luncheons, monthly doll making workshops, Arts and Craft classes, Annual Festival of Black doll Show and Sale, Annual Educational symposiums with guest artists in the field of doll making from across the country, Summer sewing workshops, Quarterly raffles of “one of a kind dolls”made by ABBDA founders. Due to COVID-19 in 2020 we’ve added online doll tutorials and virtual doll events, Distributed doll making kits, arts and craft kits to young people and seniors in need of activities.
