RAD Napa is the City of Napa’s only art district. It begins in the Oxbow District east of downtown and continues northward through Napa for two miles along the Napa Valley Wine Train (WT) route and the Napa Valley Vine Trail (NVVT). RAD’s primary programs include temporary and permanent public art installations; Our RAD Wall a summer education program which gives youth the opportunity to connect and paint murals; art lecture series; and a fee for services program.
