Project Description
With support from the California Arts Council, MUSICAL THEATRE FOUNDATION (dba Ovation Theatre) will pay for operational expenses for storage of sets, props, costumes, and for necessary insurance to maintain our organization’s viability. The support will supplement decreased revenue due to Covid-19/Omicron and will be matched 1:1 by fund-raising efforts.
Organization Summary
Ovation Theatre currently produces two musical theatre productions per year with 30-60 cast members, a two-week youth musical theatre summer workshop/camp for ages 8-12, and an established scholarship fund that provides financial assistance for programs in independent arts-related education. www.ovationtheatre.org
