Project Description
With support from the California Arts Council, Music Changing Lives will offer our civic engagement campaign entitled Empowerment 2 Policy (E2P) with k-12 students throughout Riverside San Bernardino and Sacramento Counties.
Organization Summary
The purpose of MCL is to engage musically and artistically talented individuals to stay in school and focus on their education for their future. By providing key programs including music, art, film, tutoring, mentoring and financial literacy as incentives, Music Changing Lives hopes to continue to change students’ negative perception of school.
