The Chaffey Community Museum of Art provides a fine arts cultural experience to Inland Empire residents and visitors. The museum provides 24-26 rotating art exhibits annually in its four galleries. Three galleries exhibit artwork created by artists living and working in the Inland Empire; the fourth exhibits works of art from the museum’s collection. Biennially the museum mounts a major themed art exhibition in collaboration with the Ontario Museum of History and Art, located directly across the street from CCMA. The museum sponsors the West End Photography Open (WEPO) and West End Photography Invitational (WEPI) in alternating years, and in odd-numbered years is the venue for the Chaffey Joint Union High School District Student Art Exhibition. CCMA manages the arts program at the Ontario International Airport, and is a major partner in the City of Ontario annual Arts Festival. CCMA is an active member of the Arts & Culture committee of the city’s Community Life & Culture Agency.
