Project Description
With support from the California Arts Council, PGK DANCE! will partner with PR consultant Jonathan White to develop an organizational PR strategy to be used as a guide to spread awareness of our performances, programs and outreach across San Diego County. Corresponding to the strategy he will also implement and provide publicity outreach for our upcoming performances enabling PGK DANCE! to reach a broader audience and build more awareness and ongoing support for what we do.
Organization Summary
The PGK Dance Project, professional contemporary repertory company performing works by a wide variety of diverse choreographers year round. Produces Dance on the EDGE annually presenting up to 25 professional, semi-professional companies of diverse styles for free inside of Mission Federal Credit Union’s ARTWALK. Extensive public engagement with dance outreach, classes, workshops in community spaces including but not limited to: Libraries, community centers, alternative sites, parks.
