With support from the California Arts Council, Vietnam Veterans of California Inc., will collaborate with a local mural artist to work with homeless veterans residing in a transitional housing / behavioral health treatment center to create a community mural. This mural will be painted onsite where the veterans reside and receive treatment. All veterans residing at the facility (up to 46 homeless veterans at one time) will be eligible to participate in the project.
