Project Description
With support from the California Arts Council, the Foundation for the Performing Arts Center (FPAC) will send Development Manager Erika Neel to the Council for Advancement and Support of Education’s Annual Conference for Donor Relations Professionals. Funding from CAC will also provide our Executive Assistant Lindsey Morin with a Young Professional Membership to the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
Organization Summary
The Foundation for the Performing Arts Center, alongside its partners the City of San Luis Obispo and California Polytechnic State University, subsidizes annual operational, maintenance and capital improvement costs of the Performing Arts Center, San Luis Obispo (PAC). Additionally, the Foundation focuses on increasing accessibility to the arts for residents of all ages. The Foundation provides arts-education programs benefiting local students, such as the School Matinee Program, which serves over 12,000 K-12 students annually, and provides financial and mission-driving support for the PAC’s resident performing arts companies.
