With support from the California Arts Council, ArtSeed will send our IT Manager William Bicknell to Salesforce Administration Essentials for New Admins Training Class. The 5-day course provides the knowledge to become a certified Salesforce Administrator. After the class is completed William can initiate the transfer of our 18 years’ worth of contact information to the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack and can train our outreach and administrative staff and volunteers to use it effectively.
