With support from the California Arts Council, REDBIRD will host the 18th annual Children of Many Colors Native American Powwow, a cultural ceremony and celebration which embraces all indigenous cultures of the western hemisphere and welcomes the public to enjoy and participate in the weekend’s activities. These include singing, dancing, cultural exhibitions, bird singing, flute circle, Veteran’s Honoring, gourd dance, children’s dances, and special activities for cancer and diabetes awareness.
