Cantabile Youth Singers of Silicon Valley seeks an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven Executive Director to partner with Artistic Director Elena Sharkova in advancing one of the nation’s premier youth choral programs. Serving a diverse community with a global repertoire, international tours, and collaborations with leading professional ensembles, Cantabile combines vocal artistry with theory, movement, mindfulness, and leadership development. The Executive Director will lead organizational strategy, board engagement, marketing, and finance, building systems that enable the organization’s artistic ambition. They will partner with the Board’s development committee on fundraising efforts. Candidates should have a history of nonprofit leadership, including organizational management and team leadership. They will bring a passion for youth programming. This role offers a flexible, hybrid work environment. The hiring range starts at $125,000, with a planned performance bonus. The target start date is late Fall 2025; applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. This search is led by the DeVos Institute of Arts and Nonprofit Management.
