The City of Santa Barbara’s Public Works Department is issuing a Request for Qualifications for a consultant to serve as Project Manager for the De la Guerra Plaza Revitalization project’s public art. The selected Consultant will serve as an independent contractor and serve as the point of contact and liaison between the City’s Principal Project Manager, the De La Guerra Plaza Art Subcommittee, and the selected Artists. The consultant will oversee the artists and engage as part of the City Design Team to work with selected Artist/Creative Team.
