The City of Milpitas invites applications from qualified public artists to design a historical park markers kiosk to honor park namesakes and educate the public about their contributions, provide other historical and interpretive information about the park, and display community artwork. In Phase One, these kiosks will be installed in seven parks. The deadline to apply is February 12, 2024, 5 p.m.
