$18 per hour. 22hours per week.
Tuesday-Friday 11 AM – 3 PM and Saturdays 11 AM- 3 PM

5. Ability to competently use the technology and other tools employed by Sac Arts and to continually upgrade technical skills as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the Sac Arts.
6. Understand how to effectively use print, electronic mail, and social media to communicate and promote events. The term ‘event” used in this description is intended to encompass programs, events, shows, workshops and other Sac Arts activities.
7. The ability to work effectively as part of a team in order to facilitate the smooth operation of the Arts Center.
Duties.
1. Financial:
· Enters financial data into QuickBooks.
· Posts receipts for funds received: cash, checks, credit card payments and PayPal transactions.
· Prepares funds for deposit.
· Posts debit transactions: checks, ACH, debit card, and PayPal.
· Reconciles checking account statement and savings account.
· Prepares quarterly payments due Gift Shop vendors.
· Maintains paper and online files of all financial records.
· Maintains up-to-date procedural manual.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
2. Facilities:
• Ensure that the facility is kept clean and in good working order. This includes, but is not limited to managing:
• Inventory and ordering of cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed.
3. Administrative:
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director.
• Answer the phone and respond to voicemail and email messages in a manner that ensures good customer service, including, but not limited to, finding the right person to respond, researching answers, and providing notice of unusual or important information to relevant persons.
• Ensure accurate data entry for all accounts and databases for Sac Arts.
• Perform weekly computer backups.
• Record membership information in the membership database and maintain the membership database as needed.
• Assist teachers and outside event organizers who use the facility, including receipt of deposits, and ensure they keep the facilities clean after use.
• Schedule and manage the calendar of events for the Arts Center, including but not limited to scheduling of shows, meetings, classes, workshops and other events. Work with the Director, Boards, committees, clubs and others to resolve conflicts and ensure the smooth operation and use of the Arts Center.
• Assist in the sale of merchandise from the Gift Shop and with sales of art from shows.
• Provide basic administrative support for the clubs.
• Provide backup for other staff as directed by the Executive Director, President or Personnel Committee.
• Other tasks as deemed necessary by the Executive Director
