Pay Scale:                            $26.44 to $28.85/hour

Schedule:                            Eligible for Hybrid Schedule after completing training period       

 

Summary:

The Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc)  seeks an exceptional individual to join the Admissions team as an Admissions CRM Administrator who possesses Slate CRM implementation and maintenance experience. The ideal candidate for this role should have a positive attitude and an active, energetic mind. Under the direct supervision of the Admissions & Recruitment Director, the Admissions CRM Administrator’s key responsibilities are to implement process, data validation, and reporting. This role will help administer and grow the environment to best leverage it for the evolving needs of the Admissions office. The Admissions CRM Administrator will provide vision and support for developing, deploying, and customizing Slate to achieve enrollment goals for undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, and non-degree programs.  

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customize, build applications, and create forms and queries to support the admission cycle needs for inquiries, applicants, and admits, including responsibility for completion of annual cycle prep work for applications, and admission decision support
  • Build import processes and perform the import and reconciliation of all name acquisition data in a timely fashion
  • Design and create admission event portals
  • Recommend and implement solutions for Slate enhancements to support processing and operations initiatives
  • Manage data integrations and assist with error correction in the feed of data between systems, vendor files, and site-specific forms that insert records into the system; develop in-depth knowledge of data integrations and business process data usage ensuring optimal data integrations and troubleshooting when necessary
  • Assist with the implementation of automated communication plans, population segmentation, personalization, testing, and deployment, as well as the creation of population groups for campaigns
  • Answer Admissions Office main line
  • Run periodic audits to ensure date system and data integrity
  • Perform other related duties as directed by the Admissions & Recruitment Director

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, management, or related discipline
  • Experience integrating and managing Slate CRM system
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly convey information in-person and over the phone
  • Skill in writing clear and concise, correspondence, memos, and e-mails
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in an extremely fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Self-starter and naturally hospitable
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships and collaborate with others to achieve common goals
