Pacific Symphony, the largest orchestra formed in the United States in the last 50 years, seeks an experienced fundraising professional for its Director of Individual Giving. This senior member of the Development Department team is responsible for helping the Development team to achieve all fundraising goals while managing a portfolio of donors including renewal, upgrade, and acquisition of donations. Other important aspects will be growing the annual fund, as well as on endowment campaigns and legacy giving. Candidate must have a minimum of five years of professional experience in individual giving for a non-profit organization as well as a demonstrated track record of successful major gift solicitation with gifts of $5,000 to $100,000.
