The Exhibition Production Manager works under the supervision of the Director of Exhibition Production to assist in the organization, management, and installation of all exhibitions at MOCA and management of MOCA’s collection. Primary responsibilities include the supervision of full time and temporary employees, overall project management from conception to implementation, maintenance and stewardship of the collection, assisting with the development of annual project budgets, identifying and developing improved procedures and techniques, and working closely with registrars, curators, artists, and MOCA staff to plan for all exhibition and collection-related projects. Because the scope of the Museum’s exhibition program incorporates conventional art forms as well as those which are more experimental in nature, the Exhibition Production Manager must perform a wide variety of tasks and functions relating to all aspects of construction, fabrication, installation and maintenance of exhibitions and collections. This is a full time onsite position.
