The Rotary Club of Saratoga invites you to apply to its 67th annual Art Show! Beautiful West Valley College is the setting for fine arts & fine crafts booths set on the grass along the campus walkways. The event footprint is held in front of and beside the Cilker Building on grass and wood chips. 140 artist spaces.

Art patrons shop this open-air gallery while strolling to light music and enjoying specialty beer and wine or taking a respite with tasty on-site food offerings. Located in Santa Clara County, nestled against the Santa Cruz Mountains, Saratoga is one of the nation’s 10 wealthiest zip codes and home to 30,000 averaging a household income of $260,000. Marketing invites local buyers and those from the SF Peninsula.  Event Hours 10:00am – 5:00pm

The Rotary Club of Saratoga Art Show supports the Saratoga Rotary Charitable Foundation. Since its inception, the Foundation has provided over $2.5 million in grants supporting local and international charities such as Child Advocates of Silicon Valley, LifeMoves, the Grateful Garment Project, among others.

Spaces are on uneven grass, bring shims. Up to 150 spaces.

10dx10w space: $350.00 + 10% commission
10dx20w space: $700.00 + 10% commssion

Set-up
Drive near space/Cart to space.
Friday afternoon set-up is available and is staggered beginning at 1:00pm.
Saturday morning set-up begins at 6:30am and is staggered. Expect to unload and move to artist parking prior to setting up.

Oversized vehicles/vehicles with trailers Saturday: Must unload and depart the site prior to the first scheduled entry time of 6:30AM.

Friday & Saturday light overnight security provided

Free digital or hard copy color event postcards available for social media posting, sales tables or customer mailout.
