Digital Art, Assemblage and Collage IV – This exhibition will focus on the various forms of digital art, collage and 3D assemblage. The exhibition will be held at the Limner Gallery from June 17 – July 11, 2026. Entry is open to all forms of digital art, collage, assemblages and combinations thereof. Traditional hand cut paper, digital and combined media collage are all acceptable.

Cheryl is the artistic director / curator at Mills Station Art and Culture Center (The MACC) in Rancho Cordova, and an award-winning artist. Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness
The United States District Court for the Southern District of California has created an exciting new display space right on Broadway in the heart of downtown San Diego. The inspirations for this on-going, rotating art display are: making art more accessible to the public, enhancing civic engagement through the arts, and creating an opportunity for local artists to increase exposure to their work.
THEME:
Submit your original artwork to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, a juried exhibition focused on the unalienable rights recited in the Declaration of Independence. The artwork can be figurative, abstract, or conceptual.
$1,000 Evolution Grant
Art Fluent’s grant cycle is now open to individual artists through an international open call. THE EVOLUTION GRANT will provide unrestricted funding to an individual artist with recognized artistic excellence in fine art media and a demonstrated commitment to their art.
CALENDAR
Applications due by Friday, June 19, 2026, at midnight MST.
AWARD
$1,000 to one visual artist each grant cycle.
Unrestricted funds applied toward any expense to enhance the artist’s ability to create work.
APPLICATION FEE
$35. The application fee is non-refundable. It helps defray the costs of administering this grant so we can continue to support and fund artist’s creative projects.
ELIGIBILITY
This call is open to artists worldwide, both amateur and professional. Once an artist is awarded an Evolution Grant, they will not be eligible to apply again.
RULES
Open to ALL fine art mediums (oil, acrylic, watermedia, pastel, drawing, printmaking, mixed media, photography, sculpture, fiber, wood, ceramics, digital art). AI will not be accepted. There is no restriction on style, genre, or subject matter. Work that is copied or done under the guidance of an instructor is not eligible.
SELECTION PROCESS
You will be asked to submit a body of work between 5 and 20 pieces, along with an artist statement in the third person and an artist bio in the first person.
Applications are reviewed based on a body of work. This jury type allows artists to submit as many media samples as allowed, and all media are submitted into one application.
ENTRY PROCEDURE
Entry is done through CaFÉ, a web-based service that allows artists to upload images and organize their artwork for submissions to galleries. To apply, you must leave our website and go to the CaFÉ website at www.callforentry.org, where you can create a FREE artist account. You will add your details and upload your images to CaFÉ, and then you can submit work to THE EVOLUTION GRANT. The Barn Gallery Call for Art: Contemporary Glass Art
The Barn Gallery’s Summer 2026 exhibition will feature contemporary work by Artists that use glass as a material in their art work. Hot, warm, and cold glass media artists including, but not limited to, blown glass, cast glass, sculpted glass, stained glass, etched/engraved glass, fused glass, mosaics, cut glass, and neon are encouraged to apply. Artists may submit up to three artworks. This exhibition will be held concurrent with a historic glass exhibition by the Yolo County Historical Society at our neighboring exhibition space, the Gibson House in Woodland, CA.
Submissions will be reviewed by YoloArts for eligibility. Eligible entries will be juried by the members of the YoloArts Arts Advisory Committee. Edits will be made based on number of submissions, and size of works. To guide assessment of aesthetics in artworks, committee members will refer to the 11 Aesthetic Attributes framework to review and evaluate all submissions. In considering the 11 attributes themselves, they are each things that we encourage an evaluator/juror to consider when evaluating an artwork if you remove the social justice lens and focus on the object itself.
Artists must be 18 years of age. Artists must use glass as a material in their work. All submitted artworks need to have been fabricated after January 1, 2016.
Artwork & Display Guidelines:
●The artwork is solely the result of the artistic effort of the artist(s).
●Original artwork that compliments the exhibit space (2D work with an average size of9” x 12” (framed) and not exceeding 6’ x 8’.) 3D work may be displayed on pedestals provided by the gallery or by the artist. Plexi cases provided by artist.
●2D Artwork must meet professional gallery display standards – framed and wired to be installation-ready; unframed artwork on canvas or board must be wired. (No sawtooth hangers.)
●Fabric works and other non-traditional unframed works must come with some system for display.
