The California Arts Council will meet on Thursday, November 19, and Friday, November 20, 2009, at the Sheraton Delfina, 530 Pico Blvd., Santa Monica, CA 90405. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at approximately 5:00 p.m. on November 19, and begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. on November 20, 2009. The two-day meeting includes a strategic planning session on both days. The public is invited to attend and address the Council during the public comment period at approximately 4:30 p.m. on November 19 and 4:30 p.m. on November 20. Public testimony will be time-limited.
