Project Description

WTAW Press is a woman-founded and -directed 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to producing and promoting exceptional literary books and to creating opportunities for writers. We believe in the power of story as foundational to the success of society and champion a variety of voices and experiences.

WTAW Press practices stewardship in the literary community through hosting readings and literary events, participating in book fairs and literary conferences, and providing educational outreach. We cultivate relationships with writers, artists, and the community, and we are dedicated to promoting the literary arts in ways that make our authors, artists, readers, and community proud to be part of WTAW Press.

WTAW Press publishes books of prose (novels, memoirs, creative nonfiction, collections of stories and essays, hybrids etc.). We welcome submissions from writers of all backgrounds and experiences and particularly encourage submissions by writers of traditionally-underrepresented groups.
