We envision Plumas Arts as a positive, energetic, responsive, and flexible force in the communities we serve. We use all the arts in a variety of programs and venues to create shared experiences by crossing boundaries and communities and by encouraging open-mindedness and joy in diversity. Our Board has a fierce energy to ensure a large membership representative of our communities, fiscally responsible oversight of our endowment and budgets, adherence to our values, and responsiveness to our changing communities.
