Experiencing a play at Parson’s Nose Productions is a unique theatrical experience. Our performing home, Parson’s Nose Theater, is an intimate space that brings audiences into close proximity to our company of seasoned professional actors. The theater offers flexible seating for only 40-60 audience members, allowing for human-to-human storytelling. Sets, costumes, and props are kept to a minimum to focus the artistry squarely on the performers.

The intimacy of the Parson’s Nose Theater space is perfect for robust pre- and post- performance talks with the performers. We offer play readings, concerts, and even screenings of classic silent films with live-to-picture music. We also use the Parson’s Nose Theater space for community discussions and a lecture series.

Full Productions – For 2026-2027 we are planning four fully staged productions and three Reader’s Theater productions in our 90 minute format.

Parson’s Nose Audio Drama Podcasts, curated by Lance Davis, founder of Parson’s Nose Productions.

New Plays! Reading Series – A reader’s theater series highlighting the work of our Playwright in Residence, Hoyt Hilsman.

Women’s Theater Project – Curated by PNP Co-Founder and company member, Mary Chalon.

LatinX Reading Series – In partnership with the Amapola players.

Parson’s Nose Music Series – Touring ensembles such as Harvard Yardbirds and CalTech’s Octech.

Parson’s Nose Film Series – Screenings of classic films, sometimes with original live-to-picture music.
