Since its inception, Music and Kids has served over 480 kids in its Flag Ship program. Our Flagship program is a Direct Learning music and mental health education project for students aged 8 to 18 through. The program offers free after-school music programming delivered by Professional teaching artists that provide weekly small group meetings, year-round instrumental music instruction free of charge for participating students.

Music and Kids also serves Palmdale students who participate in our Gabriel’s House program. Music and Kids provides music lessons for low income children at the City of Palmdale’s Gabriel’s House. Music and Kids provides one-on-one music education with paid, qualified instructors to students in Palmdale. Music and Kids administer all music programs at the City of Palmdale’s Gabriel’s House. The components include Individual Music Lessons being delivered on site at the Gabriel’s House in the City of Palmdale and participation in LA county parks concert series.
