At Musaics of the Bay, we strive to enrich the Bay Area community and the cultural world at large through musical partnership; uniting artists for interdisciplinary collaborations and chamber music performances. We further this mission through our Stay-at-Home Symposium, a virtual commissioning project that has premiered over 80 new works of music and art featuring over 100 artists inspired by community-submitted work; the Musaics Residency Program, an in-person week-long program bringing together student and established composers, improvisers, instrumentalists, vocalists, and visual artists to the East Bay for dialogue, creation of new work, community outreach events, and mentorship; fostering young talent through our partnerships with local educational institutions; and by providing resources for artists through our recurring artist forums, artist office hours, and partnerships with other organizations.
