The object of this corporation is to stimulate and encourage an interest in, and a study of, the Visual Arts. More specifically, its purpose Is:
a. To provide a meeting place for the members of this corporation;
b. To encourage the teaching of art and provide classrooms for Art instruction;
c. To encourage the civic development of Fine Arts and Crafts and strengthen such interest in the community.
d. To sponsor a gallery or exhibition place for the display of arts and crafts;
