CMDC’s mission is to awaken and activate the creative, intuitive power of the heart through dance/movement for healing and wellness in mind, body and spirit. CMDC works mainly with teen girls and women in South, East, and Central Los Angeles. Over 75% of our participants identify as Latinx, and immigrants or the children of immigrants from Central America or Mexico.
