We remove barriers to participation and provide unlimited possibilities for artistic expression, building diverse artists and audiences who are changing how the arts are presented and experienced.

Name Change
CRE Theatre was established in 2003 to provide theatre programs and performances to Los Angeles community centers and schools and incorporated in 2007 as a nonprofit. While our legal name is still CRE Outreach, we are now doing business as ArtsUP! LA. We feel that the new name reflects the upbeat nature of our programs and our belief in Unlimited Possibilities.
