With support from the California Arts Council, Combat Arts San Diego will bring the Project Imagine mural program to the East Mesa Juvenile Detention Facility. Project Imagine will result in three 4’x6’ murals that will be painted by incarcerated teens and permanently hung on the walls of the East Mesa Juvenile Detention Facility. Project Imagine has 3 components: weekly art classes for 6 months, the creation of 3 murals, and continued access to the arts after the completion of their sentence.
