The City of SSF seeks a qualified arts consultant to prepare a comprehensive Public Art Master Plan that will align with the City’s General Plan update. The purpose of the Public Arts Masterplan is to develop a clear set of goals, policies and objectives that will provide guidance for the development and improvement of the City’s public art inventory and cultural arts programs.
