Sarah Barnard Design is seeking artwork to purchase for a residential interior design project. Established and emerging artists alike are encouraged to submit!

About the Project

Artwork is needed for a family room and a guest room in a light and breezy Southern California condo overlooking the ocean. Each room has floor to ceiling windows that offer sweeping ocean views, and a color palette of primarily neutrals and natural materials. Both spaces are exposed to a lot of light.

Submission Guidelines and Requirements

We are seeking lightfast artwork of any media. No custom commissions or ephemeral works such as paper sculptures. 

• Artist may submit up to 5 artworks total
• Artists may include up to 3 images per artwork
• Artwork must be ready to hang
• Artwork must be a minimum of 18″ x 18″ and maximum of 48″ x 48″
• Include dimensions, materials, and selling price in your submission for each piece
• Images of artwork must be in JPEG format
• Include information regarding the lightfastness of the work

There is no submission fee.

Submit the requested materials via email with the subject line “Art Submission for SBD” to courtney@sarahbarnard.com.

Materials must be received by Sunday August 8th by 5pm PST.

Artists will be notified by August 31st.
