Title: Patron Services Coordinator
Reports to: Executive Director
Status: Part-time / Seasonal (Sept. 2024-June 2025) / Non-exempt
Salary: $21-$23 / hour
Position Summary: The San Diego Master Chorale is seeking a Patron Services Coordinator. This part-time seasonal position helps coordinate the SD Master Chorale’s daily operations in areas including the box office, marketing, development, and administration. Responsibilities include patron services, patron communications, concert box office coordination, and administrative support.
Schedule: This role offers some flexibility based on candidate availability, while also ensuring coverage during box office hours to meet organizational needs. Concert weekends are required (see full list of concert dates at sdmasterchorale.org/2024-25-season).
Work environment: A mix of remote and in-office work is available. Specifics to be tailored to individual needs and box office requirements. In-office work will take place at the new SDMC office located in Mission Valley (2111 Camino del Rio S.). The employee must be able to provide their own transportation to various concert venues across San Diego County.
