All visual artists from around the world are encouraged to submit their best artworks relating to the themes for inclusion in the Art Show International’s ALL NEW 2021 Annual Art Competitions and Exhibitions. All types of art styles may be submitted, including both 2D and 3D works, painting, sculpture, digital, printmaking, fiber, photography, graphic, mixed media, as well as experimental and installation works.

Themes The themes for the upcoming art competitions are: SOLO PORTRAIT STILL LIFE FIGURATIVE LANDSCAPE FLOWER ANIMAL ABSTRACT PORTRAIT OPEN Artists are free to apply their own interpretation in representing the overall theme. Both representational and abstract concepts in any media related to these themes will be considered. Additional themes will be announced.

Categories Each theme has the following categories: 1. Painting & Mixed Media 2. Photography & Digital 3. Sculpture & 3D Installation

Deadlines Each theme has a specific deadline, with the first usually in the middle and the second at the end of each month. Please visit our website for additional information on other deadlines.

Awards Cash prizes of up to $14,500 annually will be given out to winners. Each of our art contests has $1,000-$1,700 in prize money. 16 or more artists receive cash prizes in 2 art competitions each month.

Artist of the Year winner of all 2021 Solo Exhibitions receives $1,000 in prize money. The grant money will be unrestricted and may be used in any manner by the recipient artist.

Depending on the number and quality of artworks received for each theme, the following prizes maybe considered: Solo Exhibition 2021 Artist of the Year Award $1,000 First Prize Award (Overall) $150-$500 Merit Prize Award (Painting & Mixed Media) $100-$250 Merit Prize Award (Photography & Digital) $100-$250 Merit Prize Award (Sculpture & 3D Installation) $100-$200 Talent Prize Award $50-$100 Honorable Mention Award $0-$50 Finalist Award All competition winners will receive Award Certificates.

Fees The entry fee is $10 (non-refundable).

The entry fee for Solo Exhibition is $35 flat (non-refundable). An artist statement will be required if selected for the Solo Exhibition, and artists must subscribe to an ELITE or a PRO plan for long term representation by ART SHOW INTERNATIONAL.
