With support from the California Arts Council, New Conservatory Theatre Center will increase the reach of the high school drama education program, Identity Matters, in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. Identity Matters is an in-school residency program that guides students through a theatre-based examination of identity using physical elements of theater. In addition, this program offers sustainable art education practices for classroom teachers.
