Purpose: Our activities express the heritage of our culturally diverse communities that make up Santa Clara County and California, especially in neighborhoods that are historically and economically underserved. We will meet our community needs by extended projects that provide arts and cultural opportunities for youth, especially African American, Pacific Islander and Latin populations. Fusion meets the criteria of traditional artists teaching and training student or apprentice artists, and projects that introduce people to the arts of culture.

These are the tenets of PARTI Program, an innovative organization to include high-risk, impacted, and intentional youth in Santa Clara County, Alameda County, and Los Angeles County since its inception. . We will meet our community needs by extended projects virtually and in person that provide arts and cultural opportunities for youth that provide a platform to celebrate culture. Through our collective efforts, many young people from the communities that are underserved will experience the growth that comes from participating in programs that will challenge them and give them cultural and artistic experiences in their lives. Youth perform in the community and offers them ways to engage in other artistic and cultural traditions.
