The mission of the Golden Valley Music Society, dba California Chamber Orchestra, is to share the joy of classical music with the communities of southwest Riverside County and north San Diego County. We offer live orchestral performances and chamber music recitals as well as a wide range of educational programming for students in local schools.

In spring 2020, the California Chamber Orchestra pivoted to bring our programming online. With funding from the Riverside County Nonprofit Assistance Fund and local philanthropy, we have shared 25 video performances by professional musicians with our patrons, patrons of the Old Town Temecula Community Theater, and teachers in local schools. California Chamber Orchestra returned to live performances in the fall of 2021.
