These innovative arts education programs reach over 300,000 people annually throughout Southern California, with a primary focus reaching underserved communities, schools, students, and families. POSITION:
Director, Education Programs
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides daily oversight of the operational, fiscal, technical, marketing, producing, and programming aspects of all projects related to the education department at Segerstrom Center for the Arts as directed by the Vice President, Education.
This is a full-time arts administration position located in Costa Mesa, CA. The role is in-person 4 days a week with 1 day a week remote. Local candidates are encouraged to apply – relocation assistance unavailable. Salary range: $70,000-$75,000 a year.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Salary range: $70,000-$75,000 a year. The Center provides a pleasant work environment and offers an attractive compensation package to full-time employees, which, to name a few benefits, include:
