Day in the Life: lock-in and join the leadership team for your Wednesday morning check-in, you make sure your inbox is cleared for the day knowing that Site Coordinators will be sending program attendance within the hour. You’re excited to report that data metrics for this week’s programs look strong, but you notice a dip in engagement at Washington Middle School and make a note to check-in with Site Coordinators. After tapping the Curriculum Specialist for suggested strategies, you’re heading over to Robinson Academy to observe a co-teaching team with a lot of potential, but in need of coaching. This afternoon you’ve got time blocked off to send impact stories to the Marketing Team. Before the end of day, you send a Slack message to all the site teams to let them know what an amazing job they’re doing!
