Our mission is to reimagine the edges of architecture by educating architects to engage, speculate, and innovate the world around them. Founded in 1972, SCI-Arc is one of the nation’s few independent, nonprofit architecture schools, offering undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate degrees. Its six-acre campus is located in the historic Santa Fe Freight Depot in Los Angeles’ Arts District and is an integral part of an emerging cultural hub in a city with a tradition of architectural experimentation.
