NEA Art Works grant applications due Feb. 15Art Works, the National Endowment for the Arts' chief grant program, is now accepting applications for large or small artistically excellent projects that celebrate America's creativity and cultural heritage, invite dialogue for diverse beliefs and values, and broaden our understanding as individuals and as a society.
