ArtPlace America: Creative Placemaking Grant Opportunity

ArtPlace America is currently accepting Letters of Inquiry for the 2015 round of its National Grants Program. This year ArtPlace intends to support approximately 40 projects with roughly $10 million. These grants target creative placemaking projects, in which art and culture help strengthen the social, physical, and economic fabric of communities.   MORE >>

Arts Council meeting in San Francisco on October 6

The California Arts Council will meet on Monday, October 6 at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, 701 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94103. A meeting schedule and agenda will be posted on September 26. The public is invited to attend and address the Council during the public comment period. Public testimony will be time-limited.
