Ragged Wing Ensemble’s (RWE) mission is to rouse the human spirit through artistic action. We practice the art of fierce play, hatching the myths of our time. The Flight Deck’s (TFD) mission is to provide a home for multidisciplinary artists to present work, share resources and practice radical acts of imagination in the heart of Downtown Oakland. RWE and TFD are two parts of one nonprofit organization. The Flight Deck is a registered dba name of Ragged Wing Ensemble, Inc.
