Cal Performances is seeking a Membership Manager to plan, administer, assess, and grow our well-defined and established membership fundraising program. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, community-minded arts professional to expand support for a beloved Bay Area cultural organization. The Membership Manager reports to the Director of Individual Giving and Special Events and is an important and integral member of the Individual Giving team. The Membership Manager will conduct regular benchmarking and evaluation of our existing member levels and benefits; plan and implement engaging membership and annual fund campaigns; write and design timely, well-crafted communications, and work closely with the Patron Services Associate to maintain accurate gift processing and benefits tracking, and to provide exceptional stewardship that encourages donor loyalty and engagement. Success requires the ability to inspire and sustain thoughtful collaboration with colleagues in the Development, Marketing, Box Office, Operations, and Artistic Planning departments and a strong understanding of the motivations of a curious, diverse, and deeply engaged base of performing arts fans.

Other Information:

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 with an excellent comprehensive benefits package.
